29th ANNUAL SPRING CONCERT

We are pleased to announce that the St. Mary’s Church will present their twenty-ninth annual Spring Concert in St. Mary’s Church on Sunday, May 22, 2011, at 7:30 p.m.

This year, our very special guests are the choir from Zion Lutheran Church. They will perform several pieces by themselves and also join with the St. Mary’s Parish Choir and brass ensemble in the performance of John Rutter’s “Gloria” and Randal Thompson’s “Alleluia.” Our special guest conductors this year will be Ron Albert and Terra Community College student conductor Timothy L. Claubaugh, Jr.

This year’s concert will be dedicated to the memory of Joyce A. Bouy who passed away on February 7th of this year and who was active in the St. Mary’s Music Ministry for many, many years. The St. Mary’s Parish Choir will also pay tribute to Richard Proulx, a nationally renown church musician, arranger, and composer who passed away February 18th of last year.

Please join me, Ron Albert, Zion Lutheran Choir and St. Mary’s Parish Choir, for this evening of enjoyable music. This concert is free and open to the public. We urge you to attend and bring your family and friends.
